In preparation for the opening of our first ever charity shop, we are looking for donations; small household items, children's toys/clothing, adult clothing and small furniture items. Items can be dropped off at Silkworth Lodge Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm. Alternatively, you can organise a collection at anytime by calling 729460.
This is a new initiative for the charity group that will see an additional income stream come into the charity that will ultimately enable us to carry on developing the work that goes on within the group.
Jason Wyse- CEO said ‘ We are really excited about this new initiative that will not only secure an additional income stream for the charity but will also provide voluntary opportunities for those wishing to help the charity. Our charity shop will be run with true charity shop mentality in that everything will be reasonably priced and accessible to everyone within our community. We want the space to be clean, warm and welcoming, an inviting place where people want to come and shop
